I began learning Tarot about 18 years ago.  The first deck I was exposed to was Voyager Tarot, a collage deck created by James Wanless, Ph.D. At first, it just seemed like a strange deck, but as I studied the pictures, and read the history, I gained insight as it spoke to me. Over the years, I've worked with a number of decks and studied the history and psychology behind it, seeking to de-mystify this esoteric art that some feel is scary, evil and otherwise. I employ a modern sensibility, using the knowledge of the cards to give a modern insight into what's happening now, and where things are headed.  Tarot cannot predict the future, it can show a possible direction.  The most important thing is that you have FREE WILL!  You are NOT destined to a particular fate, you CREATE your own life and possibilities.  It is up to you.
